Gills Professional Tree Care, Inc.

When a storm dropped three trees onto a customer's house before dawn, Gills Professional Tree Care was the crew that showed up and worked without stopping until the family could get back inside. Joe Gill runs the Weare, NH company with his partner Daisi, after more than a decade as a foreman and supervisor in the tree industry before starting the business in 2021. Across 67 Google ratings — a perfect 5.0 average — and matching 4.9-star scores on HomeAdvisor and Angi, the reviews describe the same handful of things over and over: careful work close to houses, power lines, and neighbors' property; crane and rigging jobs on trees too large or too awkwardly placed for a simple cut-and-drop; and a cleanup so thorough that more than one reviewer says you'd never know a crew had been there. One customer had 15 tall pines removed close to the house; another needed a 120-foot dead pine taken down with precision near existing structures; a cemetery job required protecting century-old headstones while removing a dying maple. The last six months brought 15 more reviews, all positive, on the same mix of storm response, large removals, and routine pruning. There's no documented complaint in the record to weigh against any of that — the reviews run consistently positive back to 2021 across three separate platforms. For tree removal, storm cleanup, or precision rigging near a house or power lines, that makes Gills a straightforward call in the Weare area; the main thing to plan around is that a crew this well reviewed tends to book up.
