A recent customer says Lou changed the unit from the original bid and they wound up with an item with a much lower SEER 2 rating for the same price, though that customer called the front office and installers easy to work with. A recent 1-star customer says the company charges a dispatch fee and a $150 hourly rate and wants a card kept for billing before helping.
