“Bullseye”
We have used Bullseye for the past 4 years in repairs for our commercial refrigerators. They have been responsive and provided a quick turnaround. They also provide clear, simple explanations of the situation. One time when a part did not work (no fault of theirs, the part was faulty to start), they remedied the issue and followed up a few days after to confirm the new part still worked. We appreciate the straightforward professionalism.
My compressor died in the middle of a recent heatwave. Bullseye was here on a Tuesday, fully diagnosed the issue, showed and explained everything to me in detail, and I had a brand new system, inside and out, working perfectly by Friday afternoon. The cost was really reasonable. Not the cheapest bid, but also nowhere near the most expensive. You never want the cheapest bid anyway! I've had them out 2 or 3 times over the years, but this was my first big project with them and it went perfectly. Nice people to talk to, and great at their jobs. Highly recommend this company!
Commercial AC leaking, called on Thursday they show out Friday even after 430 pm. Technician Ryan informative and knowledgeable. Completed fixing about 3 plus hours. No more leaking! Yah! Thank you and great job Bullseye Team👍The Best!!
I can't say enough of how great Bullseye Refrigeration is at what they do! Also Ryan on their team is incredibly knowledgable and educates us on how our machinery works and why it's not working. They have helped us with a large freezer that keeps acting up and an old refrigerator from the 90's. Ryan has been successful in keeping everything working for our non profit. Also their response time is within a day.
Thoroughly checked system, found a problem with the blower unit, and repaired it.
