What an amazing company to work with. We met Grant first, who answered all our questions and taught us some things about pools as well. We are fairly new to inground pools, our 3rd season with a new-to-us pool. It was in need of a liner replacement, desperate need. He convinced us to wait until fall due to ground water concerns, very wise choice! We picked out our liner and scheduled a fall date. Carly and Steve showed up and what a hard working team! We were horrified when they drained our pool and cut the old liner out. But they were confident, knowledgeable, and professional, reassuring us it wasn't the worst pool they have seen. They got to work and spent 2 full days just prepping the surface and fixing what 20 years of time can do. Day 3 was the liner install and water, it was so satisfying seeing it all come together. I give them the highest rating possible, I am a customer for life, hopefully not too soon 😉. Thank you Ace team for all you did, we love it!
