Custom Quality Pools

I went in looking for the disc with the oring that fits the end of the vacuum hose that goes in the skimmer. The man that works there found it in about 10 seconds!

Ever since I had my pool built by Custom Pools, service management and communication has been pretty abysmal. Yesterday's experience closed the door for me. I pre-paid for my pool start-up and close-down in March -- the exact dates of those services were set, with November 6th being the close-down date. As of three days ago I had heard nothing so I emailed the Service Desk and was told that I was on the schedule and that I would be "well taken care of". I took the day off to wait for the crew -- mind you, Custom Pools doesn't provide any sort of service window guidance; no "AM" or "PM", no 10 am - 2 PM. Nothing. At 4:15 PM a crew had still not arrived and so I called and was told someone would be at the house by 4:30 PM. At 4:45 PM I called back again and was told there was no way of knowing where they were and no way to contact them...really? By 5:15 PM I gave up and will NEVER use Custom Pools again...EVER. I build fences in NH and have heard horror stories from my clients and now I know what they have experienced. Find another company or start a small pool maintenance company in the Lakes Region yourself -- we need one!

They had the exact stove i had been trying to order elsewhere in stock. It was also quite a bit cheaper than I had been quoted from other stores.

I bought a hot springs 7 person hot tub for $9000 about 9 years ago. The control panel has burnt out. I called them for servicing and the first scheduled appointment was a no show, no call. 2nd appointment AGAIN no show, no call. Figured i give them 1 more shot, third time they diagnosed the problem, sent an email saying the control panel needed to replaced. I called and emailed them to ask if they were going to order it and schedule it to be replaced. No response from them.
