Action Pest Management

Dereck was amazing! He was able to resolve in a single visit an on-going bee problem that 2 prior companies were unable to identify or resolve. I highly recommend Action Pest Management for your pest needs.

Derek came highly recommend by a family friend. Having the benefit of working with him I understand why! Very professional, effective and willing to educate the homeowner on his process. I look forward to working with him on a recurring quarterly basis in my home in the Berkshires.

Dereck was so helpful through the whole process of dealing with bats in our attic! He responds so quickly and was amazing about communication! He made a difficult situation so much easier to cope with! We appreciated his help so much! Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service! Professional, knowledgeable, conscientious! Dereck was extremely meticulous and attended to problem areas he noted outside of the bat relocation such as garage trim, bath and dryer venting! I highly recommend him!!

Dereck and his team are amazing. They were kind, thoughtful, and timely with all their work. We really appreciated the respect they had for our home, being mindful not to trail in debris, removing their boot socks when entering attics spaces and putting them back on afterwards, etc. They even moved our dog’s outdoor toys away from the house when beginning the outdoor spraying, something we had forgotten to do. Dereck and team went above and beyond with their service, and feel very assured knowing we hired them for our bat mitigation and quarterly pest maintenance.
