Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Gutters is a roofing and gutter contractor headquartered in Milford, with sales offices in Chelmsford and Westfield MA and Seabrook, Bow and Keene NH, serving southern New Hampshire, southern Maine and northern Massachusetts since 2004 by its own account. It shows a 4.8 from 1244 ratings on Google and a 4.8 from 74 ratings on Angi, and BBB rates it A+ as an accredited business since 4/4/2005. Reviewers describe one-day roof replacements by large crews led by a named foreman, with a video inspection before the quote. A June 2026 reviewer with a 200 year old house said the crew stripped the roof before lunch and had it installed and cleaned up by the end of the same day. An August 2026 reviewer said Rodolfo's crew finished a roof covering two dwellings with four dormers in two days. A May 2026 reviewer gave 4 stars after a supply issue delayed the job, though they still recommended the company. In a 2022 review, a customer said the project manager warned up front about possible plywood damage and its cost. The complaints are about high quotes, sales pressure and scheduling. A May 2026 reviewer was quoted over $40,000 for a 2500 sq ft asphalt roof and told the price would go up 30% without a signed contract that week. In 2023 Reddit threads, commenters called the company over priced, and one cited a quote of at least 18-20k against two others near $9000. A March 2026 reviewer said the company held a 50% deposit for a month and cancelled a week before the job; a 2024 reviewer had a $1500 deposit sit for seven weeks before the job was cancelled. An August 2026 reviewer paid $1000 for ice dam removal and said little ice was removed. A May 2026 reviewer said a crew no-showed on the scheduled day and arrived in the evening the next. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 157132, held by Adam Vaillancourt, is active on the state registry.

“Adam Vallaincourt has done a lot of quality work in my neighborhood, though I haven't worked with him personally”
“to be replaced yet. Sentry came and told me how to preserve the older sections of the roof for at least a couple more years. Said if it was his house he would wait which was good news. They also had slightly better quotes. So happy with the situation for now. We had an appointment with Adam V but cancelled it.”
“Vaillancourt is for sure over priced.”
“Imho waaaaaaaaayy over priced. Had 3 estimates for my roof. $8700, $9100, and Adam Vallincort Roofing coming in with an estimate “at the very least 18-20k” High pressure sales pitch too from the guy who came out. My recommendation would be Garon-teed roofing. Mark Garon is a great guy to work with and we were very pleased with his work.”
“nominations are open through Sept. 30, 2026, for a free residential roof replacement.”
“has expanded its presence with the acquisition of a 2,000-square-foot facility in Westfield.”
Keith Fisher and the crew were efficient, professional, and courteous! One day, perfect work, and extra attention to details of our house.
I had the most pleasant crew out to do a gutter job for me today and was so impressed with the work and cleanup! They were really wonderful and seemed really happy working together!
Getting a new roof can be nerve-wracking. However, this was not a difficult experience. It started with Andy who came and explained the types of materials that were going to be used and how they would work to protect our home. He even made it work with two contracts, one for each owner. We invited Vaillancourt to reroof our home. Rodolfo and his crew came out and got it done in two days. This is not an easy roof, it covers two dwellings, has various heights, and four dormers. Rodolfo and his crew had amazing work ethics. They worked steadily and well with each other. You could really tell that they were a well-oiled team. Rodolfo was great at answering my questions. (I am inquisitive, and though I try to stay out of the way, I will make sure that I understand what is going on.) Finally, the clean up was amazing. I think my front steps, deck and sidewalk behind my house are cleaner than they have been in years. Thanks to Vaillancourt roofing, I can go into this winter with confidence that winter will stay where it belongs: outside!
Very professional, fast and polite. Team on the roof well oiled machine. Could not believe there work ethic.
Our experience with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was exceptional! They came out immediately to tarp our roof after storm damage. Shortly after we had them back to reframe multiple portions before replacing the entire roof. We are absolutely satisfied and highly recommended:
