Two dated reviews add texture to that: a homeowner writing in August 2025 praised the removal but said communication got harder later in the job, and an October 2025 customer noted the crew arrived late — though the same person said they texted an ETA, started immediately, and returned the same afternoon to finish the stump once a grinder part came in. The right call for a straightforward removal or trim where price and a clean site matter and you want it scheduled quickly. Get the scope and the quote in writing before work starts, and settle up front how a problem would be handled — particularly on anything near wires or a roof.
