Adan Landscaping & Tree Services Inc

Adan Landscaping & Tree Services is a Natick tree crew that homeowners call to take trees down, often big ones in tight spots. The company's site describes tree pruning, felling and removal, stump grinding, hedge trimming, planting, landscaping and irrigation work around Boston, and says it has been in business 14 years. Google shows 5 stars from 59 ratings, with Angi and HomeAdvisor each at 4.8. In a September 2025 review, a homeowner said the crew cleared two huge trees from a backyard that vehicles could not reach, cutting them into smaller pieces and lowering them to the ground without causing any damage. In a March 2025 review, a customer said the crew took down 6 trees and ground all the stumps in one day; another that month said they cut 16 trees around the house, some near the fence and wires. A December 2025 reviewer said the team removed three trees and that Adan explained the process clearly and followed through. Several customers from 2022 to 2025 called the quote reasonable, competitive or the best of the estimates they got. In June 2026, one reviewer called the crew polite, clean and thorough and said they came immediately; another said the team left the property nice and clean. Not every visit ran perfectly. In an October 2025 review, a customer said the crew arrived a little late but texted an ETA, and had to come back in the afternoon to grind the stump while waiting on a part for the grinder. An August 2025 review mentions some communication challenges later in the process. In a June 2023 HomeAdvisor review that opened with "Beware," a customer said the crew cut two trees and a few branches, promised to come back two days later to finish the rest, including the stump grinding, and had not returned when the review was written, though the customer had paid for all of the work and later could not reach anyone by phone; the customer also said the crew carved its initials into the stumps in front of the house. BBB gives the business a C+ grade and shows one complaint.
