Shawn is incredibly responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Scheduling is refreshingly easy, communication is excellent, and he's remarkably accommodating, even when we need help on short notice. Most recently, he managed to squeeze us in for an urgent dishwasher issue the very same day we contacted him! His work is consistently excellent, his pricing is very fair, and he clearly takes pride in doing things right.
