A 2023 customer said Kelvin repaired a kitchen range an installer had not properly converted from natural gas to LP, which had caused soot buildup and carbon monoxide concerns, and that it went from initial call to job complete in less than a day. A 2024 customer said Kelvin found the correct part for a 1988 Speed Queen commercial washing machine that was slow to fill the tub, and fixed it. A 2022 customer said Kelvin called back the evening they left a message about a refrigerator that was not at temperature, was at their home the next day and replaced the fan. A 2023 customer who had been without a dryer for about a month said Kelvin fixed it within 20 minutes and explained the issue afterwards. A 2024 customer was told it would be $450 to change a squeaky dryer wheel and wrote that the work was "not cheap"; afterwards the dryer would not warm up or stay on for more than 5 minutes. That 2024 customer said A+ called back within an hour, and in a morning update wrote that the dryer was fixed after the moisture meter wiring below the drum was plugged back in.
