Permit records show six basement-finishing jobs pulled in Medway through 2025, at roughly $32,500 each, which is the shape of what it does — finished basements rather than whole-house renovation. If you are considering them, check the registration status yourself with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation before signing anything, and do not release a final balance until the work is complete and any permits have been signed off. The one complaint on record is precisely about that sequence.
