The other is timing: the written reviews run from January 2022 to August 2025, with eleven of them posted across two weeks in November 2024, so there is no recent customer account of how the company runs today. Massey's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 197949, is active against the state registry, and the company says it also holds DCAMM certification. One listing describes home modification and accessibility work, which sits naturally beside the structural jobs its peers mention. This is a fit for a substantial renovation or a structural job where a general contractor has to coordinate other trades — the shape of work its own reviewers keep describing. For a single-room refresh, ask whether they take projects that size, get two residential references from the past year, and confirm who from the team will actually be running your job day to day.
