A recent Google customer who recently started working with Advanced Heating said Cory was on time, efficient and cost effective, and that he took the time to check their furnace over thoroughly on his first look at it. In a 2024 review, a customer said Cory called back quickly, came over and repaired their furnace, and suggested additional maintenance without requiring anything beyond the repair they asked for. That 2024 customer called the price reasonable. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that he installed a new boiler for them in 2021 and that service since then had been poor. That 2025 customer said they were charged an emergency call for phoning before 6 am, and that when they had no heat at 2 am a week later he told them he has never done overnight service. The same 2025 reviewer credited him for waiting to speak with their plumber about a pipe problem, but said what he had put in a week earlier turned out to be faulty. A Maine hvac license, number MS10005368, held by COREY J. BLANCHARD, is active on the state registry.
I just starting working with Advanced Heating this year and I have found my new Furnace company. Cory was on time, efficient and cost effective. Since it was his first time seeing my furnace, he took the time and care to check it over throughly, which I appreciated. I now have my "go to" furnace expert going forward. Thanks for the great service, Cory.
Corey is the best!!!!! Period!
Called before Christmas because we had no heat only to be informed that he was on vacation to call someone else! He talked us into a new boiler and he installed it 3-3-21 and since then service has sucked. I was told that he was about selling the product not taking care of it now I’m a believer! We had no heat last week I called before 6 am so got charged an emergency call 🤦♀️ he changed a part! Later that afternoon we still had no heat and I called him back he asked why I didn’t call him before he got home, how the hell do I know when you’re home 🤦♀️! He came back after he was done grocery shopping with his wife and said we had major problems with our pipes that we needed a plumber and kudos to him he waited and spoke with our plumber to explain the issue but a week later at 2 am and it’s 7 degrees out and we have no heat and I called him he asked if I knew what time it was I said yes it’s 2 am I have no heat after buying a new boiler from you 4 years ago, he informed me that he’s never done overnight service and never will! He said he would come but it would cost me a lot of money, I said how about later and he said no because he was going to his camp! Ok thank you for your help sorry for the inconvenience! Come to find out it was a faulty that he put in a week prior 🤦♀️!! Needles to say I’ll never call him again!!
Cory called back quickly, came over repaired our furnace and suggested some additional maintenance but did not require anything but the repair we were seeking at the time. I appreciate it his knowledge and honesty about what was necessary and what could be done at a later date. Reasonable in price as well. Thanks so much
