Terrible service. Oil Tank is faulty and not working at all, no heat in this new house we moved into a few months ago. They said if we were an existing client, they would come right out to us. But because we are a new client they won't come until January 2027. We just moved here, how could we have been an existing client? Previous homeowners used them for decades and now they won't service or come out to fix faulty unit and zones that don't provide heat. No heat until January 2027 with a newborn baby, thanks Jim Godbout.

Our propane furnace failed to maintain a start and was giving us an F4 error. It was really stressful not having heat and hot water in the winter. Jim originally installed our unit 9 years ago, so we called his place for someone to come take a look. They came right over within an hour and a half, cleaned our furnace and installed a new igniter. It works like a charm and we're back in business with heat and hot water. The service was fantastic and we appreciate the prompt responsiveness so much. Thank you for helping us out today, we're a customer for life!

Our furnace stopped working and I called for a repair. The woman who answered the phone was very kind. Even at the tail end of a huge snowstorm, they had a tech here very quickly! The tech diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He installed a new pump and unclogged our oil line. He was pleasant and polite.

Jim has done a complete HVAC replacement system at my own home. The results are wonderful. We use less energy and the performance of the system is fantastic. We also find ourselves working with his company on multiple project locations that my company is involved in. They are responsive, professional, and fair in their pricing.

Jim Godbout put the plumbing and heating system into my house. Radiant heat downstairs was done well and he and his men were very good to work with. Since then, over 10 years, have have minor issues and some changes have been made. His workmen show up on time, do the job well and all I can complain about is the bill. It is not unreasonable though.
