Worst installs ever! Do not hire these people! 4 house lot and every one of us has had MAJOR plumbing, water heater, and radiant flooring issues that they won’t fix! They follow state codes which is NOT always manufacturers recommendations and this VOIDS your manufacturers warranty. They use cheap, outdated materials to save a buck and slap on bandaids to “fix” any problems. I’d rather pay out of pocket than ever have these people touch anything in my house again. Save your money and sanity and hire someone else.

AGS helped us replace our old hot water heater, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process easy. They explained our options clearly, didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and got us scheduled quickly. On the day of the install, the technicians showed up right on time, were really professional, and respectful of our home. They did a clean job and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. It’s been working perfectly ever since—no issues at all, and we’re so happy to have reliable hot water again! Honestly, it’s hard to find a company that’s both good at what they do and great to work with, but AGS really is. We’d definitely call them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing help.

I had a lot of unanswered questions about the different options from another local company. Ken made all crystal clear and set us up with a great dual speed American Standard furnace. Will surely go back for more expert help. 👍
