O'Keefe and Flanagan Electric is an electrical contractor whose own site lists a service area running from Concord, Bow and Hopkinton out to Manchester, Londonderry and New London. The company says it has been in business 15 years. Its New Hampshire electrical license, number 0680C, is active on the state registry under O'Keefe & Flanagan Electric LLC, and Tynan Patrick Flanagan's own electrician license, number 14217, is active on the state registry too. On Google it holds 5 stars from 270 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. One recent customer described Joe and Grant running a new 20-amp circuit for a home office outside in conduit and back into the room, then asking about moving an exterior outlet so it would sit centered between the windows. When a coax connection still had a problem after they left, that customer said they came back out without any hassle and corrected it. At a newly purchased older home, a recent customer said Grant and Joe added outlets and closet lights, fixed a dead outlet and a wrongly wired set of switches, and stripped out old knob and tube wiring. Noah and Grant updated a breaker box, removed old electric baseboard heaters and installed a 50 amp generator hookup for one recent customer. On a generator inspection, a recent customer said Noah found the gas line to the generator had been shut off by another company, then did the annual tuneup. A customer who called on a Sunday afternoon about a minor problem got a call back within 15 minutes and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon. A 2026 customer said they upgraded the electric in a 140 year old house, including updating amperage and putting in light fixtures. A 2025 customer said Conor and his team rewired their whole 100-year-old house, with Kyle working on it from start to finish. In a 2025 review, a customer said Tynan handled the quote for a mini split install, the installers used a little vacuum to clean up dust after drilling holes for the lines, and they came back the very next day to fix an outlet.

They did an amazing job updating the outlets in our house and installing a surge protector. So easy to communicate with and a really pleasure to work with.
Hard wire outdoor hot tub.
Prompt and efficient. Did a nice job!
He arrived at the appointed time. He was friendly and helpful and solved the problem very quickly. I would call him again.
I had O'Keefe & Flanagan out for several projects at my house, including running a new 20-amp circuit for my home office, installing two exterior outlets, and terminating a new coax line. Joe and Grant were both extremely professional and courteous, and I was particularly impressed with the care they took with both the work itself and how it would look when finished. Because of the location of the office, running the new circuit through the wall would have been difficult, so they routed it outside in conduit and back into the room. Everything came out very clean — straight lines, neat conduit, and minimal disturbance to the new siding. They also did a great job of checking in with me when the conditions on site differed from the original plan. One of the exterior outlets had originally been laid out before our new siding and shutters were installed. Rather than simply putting it where the original write-up specified, they noticed that the placement would now look awkward and asked me about moving it so it would be centered properly between the windows. I really appreciated that attention to detail. We did run into an issue with the coax connection after they left. I had misunderstood what I was seeing while they were here and told them everything was working, so this wasn't something they knowingly left unresolved. Once I realized there was still a problem and called them, they came back out without any hassle and corrected it. Overall, I was very happy with both the quality of the work and the experience of working with Joe and Grant. I'm already planning to have O'Keefe & Flanagan back for additional electrical work within the next month, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.
