A June 2024 customer described worse drainage after AHBIHGUTTERS replaced problem gutters. The homeowner said water overflowed onto doors and into walls, and that the crew responded with hostility and did not believe there was a problem. They said they had accepted the loss and decided to have the gutters redone elsewhere. The work had been arranged through another company, and the customer said they learned it was outsourced only on the day of the job. Two 2022 customers described different experiences. In August, one homeowner said the team advised cleaning and guards instead of the larger, more expensive gutters the homeowner thought were necessary. That customer praised the quick quote and return visit and said a longstanding overflow problem was fixed. An April customer said roofers brought AHBI in to replace gutters alongside a roof project; they praised the removal and installation and the explanation of how to maintain the gutters. The Wethersfield company says it builds seamless rain-gutter systems on site, offers free estimates and has ten years in business. It lists service in numerous Connecticut towns, including Hartford, New Haven and Waterbury, and also names Albany, Saratoga Springs and Utica. Google shows a 3.7-star average from nine ratings; the written customer accounts run from 2022 to 2024.
