Cannot believe the leaks my poor parents are dealing with on a brand new roof. There were no leaks before the roof was even installed and now they have nothing but problems! They won’t even fix it! For such a significant investment, we expected the company to stand behind its workmanship and thoroughly investigate why a nearly new roof is leaking. They should thoroughly inspect the roof, determine the actual sources of both leaks, and correct any issues related to the installation or flashing. Crazy to me that with the amount of money they paid for this roof they just get an, eh not our problem.

I have had a great experience with Magee. Their team communicates very well, responds to issues quickly and holds themselves to a high standard of service. My line of work requires regular interactions with companies like this, and I can say that they operate at a high level compared to others.
