A clothes dryer that took three cycles to dry a load went back to one after AirFlowix cleaned the vent and installed a new duct, and the technician, Aaron, told the family to hold off buying a new machine. That August 2026 Google review is the kind of job this New Haven company does: chimneys, air ducts and dryer vents, plus heating and cooling calls. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 39 ratings, and Thumbtack shows 4.8 stars from 24 ratings, all of it written in 2026. The chimney work is specific. An August 2026 customer said Aaron removed birds from one chimney, cleaned it, fixed deterioration and put caps on both chimneys. On the duct side, an August 2026 reviewer described an air duct cleaning with the house left spotless, and an April 2026 customer said Aaron's assessment found their ducts near pristine and showed where they could clean them themselves. An October 2026 customer said Aaron unclogged a mini split drain and hardwired a UV light into it, staying late until the job was done. The heating and cooling calls are a bigger share than the name suggests. A May 2026 reviewer said Aaron fixed a furnace motor, and a June 2026 customer said he got a central air conditioner running after an earlier furnace repair. In a July 2026 Thumbtack review, a customer said Aaron checked the vents, furnace, thermostat and AC unit on an AC and ductwork issue and left recorded notes for the next technician. The one reservation is price: an October 2026 reviewer gave 4 stars and said the price was high but out of Aaron's control. The company says it offers free estimates and lists a service area from Greenwich and Westport to New Haven, Avon, Simsbury and Glastonbury. Its Connecticut HIC licence, HIC.0705173, is active.
Aaron was very knowledgeable , professional and did a great a great job .
Aaron at AirFlowix Home Services is a thorough professional. He did the inspection at my place last year and this year as well. He's knowledgeable and provides honest information. Looking forward to working with him in the future as well. Thanks
Best company! I'll definitely be using them again. Their team was super professional, fast, and efficient. Great service at an affordable price!
Aaron T. Did an awesome job! He was here late, till the job was done. He unclogged the drain and vacuumed it from the opposite end to be sure it was clear.mm We had him hardwire a UV light we bought into the mini split, so it took a little longer. He just left, so we're waiting for everything to fully dry. but Aaron was super helpful, and patient in answering our questions and available to our schedule.
Aaron did a great job. Great work. Price was high but out of his control.
