Just had my home roof replaced by Al . Great job by him and his crew. Professional service from first meeting to discuss my needs and what his company delivered. The roof looks great and the yard was cleaner then when they started.

We needed a new roof and called a few contractors looking for estimates. All of the contractors sent a salesman/estimator for the estimate except one. Al, the owner of AJ Budget Roofing is the owner of the Company and he is the one that came out and provided us with the estimate. That right there is a big plus in my book. When we first contacted him he stated he was pretty busy but would be back in touch within a couple of weeks. Sure enough he contacted us a couple of weeks later to set up a time and date for the estimate. Al, was very easy to work with and also stated that he would be on site the entire job, answered any questions that we had without hesitation and explained exactly the work he would be doing and what was included in the job so we decided to go with Al (Aj Budget Roofing.) He gave us a general time frame of around 6-8 weeks to start the roof and contacted me several times to keep us updated on the expected start date because of weather delays and such can alter his schedule a bit and also when the roofing materials would be delivered which were delivered the day before he scheduled the roof replacement. Al and his crew showed up at 6:30am like he said he would and they started to prep the yard and house for protection. Tarps, plywood sheets and nets were all placed around the house, yard, flower beds and shrubs before they started to work. The dumpster arrived with them that morning. They started the roof work around 8:00am and finished around 6:30pm. Not only did they do an awesome job on the roof but they also did an excellent job on the cleanup! Al was there the ENTIRE time while the work was being done! I would have no problem recommending AJ Budget Roofing to anyone looking to get a roof done. Very good service and communication!

Al Darcy is not just a great roofer, but a great person. He did my old house in Cranston at much less than others had quoted. I've sent him a few referrals over the years. When my new house had a minor leak, he remember me and was over the next day to fix it. You cannot find a more honest and reliable business man in the state,. Thanks, Al.
