Al's Delivery Services is a moving and delivery outfit with a 3.9-star Google rating from 16 ratings. In a 2025 review, a customer said the guys got them moved into a challenging 3rd floor and figured out how to get a queen-sized box spring inside, and called the prices very fair for the work. That 2025 customer said Tony was very attentive to their belongings. A 2023 customer said Al's Delivery moved heavy, expensive commercial kitchen equipment into their restaurant with great care. A 2023 customer said they cleaned out a basement at what had been the customer's parents' house, were on time and efficient, and charged a great price. In 2025, a customer wrote that boxes marked for each room went into the opposite rooms, that their things were broken, and that they watched "the kid" knock over a very old item three times after being told to be careful. A 2022 customer wrote that a phone quote of $540 for three movers and two hours, plus $98 per additional hour, ended as a bill of $1,006 and change, including mileage charged from their starting point. That 2022 customer also said they arrived at 9:20 for a 9 am start, did not take a TV, bed-frame boards, a rocking chair or a patio table, and scratched a curio cabinet, and that the customer was told it was already scratched.
Whatever you do ,,,DO NOT use these guys!!! All my boxes were marked in which Rooms To Go in and I also told them three different times that the boxes are marked in the kitchen stuff goes in the kitchen, bedroom goes in the bedroom and so on and so forth..... they literally did opposite and they were horrible and broke my stuff.THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO SO THEY CAN HURRY UP AND JUST GET IT DONE ANY OL WAY.. I have very old Priceless items that I told the kid to be very careful with and I saw him knock it over three times.. you know I could really write a book about these guys but I'm going to stop right here.. I am forewarning any potential customer to pass these guys up
Horrible service but great service if you want your things broke and throwed anywhere just to hurry and get the job done.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS EVEN TO MY ENEMIES
These guys were great! Extremely fast and professional, Tony was very attentive and took all of our belongings into consideration. The guys treated all of our belongings with respect. They went above and beyond to get us moved into a very challenging 3rd floor. We had one item, a queen sized box spring that we were afraid we weren't going to be able to get inside our apartment. But the guys figured it out and didn't give up until the job was done. Their prices are very fair for the work that they do. I couldn't recommend them enough. Tony and his guys are a local business who genuinely care about their customers. I will absolutely be choosing them again on any future moves.
Al’s Delivery moved all of my very heavy and very expensive commercial kitchen equipment into my restaurant with great care. I highly recommend them! Moving the equipment was challenging and they did a great job with not one complaint. Five stars!
