A large share of its work arrives through the big-box channel — reviewers describe being sent to its slab yard by Lowe's and by Home Depot, and it installs as the subcontractor on those orders — and it also sells directly from its own showroom, which reviewers describe as a good-sized yard holding marble, quartz, quartzite, dolomite and granite. When the job goes well, the pattern is consistent and the crews get named. Reviewers credit Bruno and Junior, Hiago and Fernando, Rafael, Ronaldo, Poeta and Lukis for arriving in the promised window, calling ahead, working cleanly and leaving a tight fit. A 2026 reviewer wrote that the counters fit flawlessly with no gaps or voids; another said the team came back more than once to finish a backsplash job properly; a 2025 reviewer routed through Lowe's said both the template and install crews arrived within their window and phoned thirty minutes ahead. The complaints are the other half of the picture, and they repeat. Two reviewers — one in 2025, one in 2026 — say the installers damaged their cabinets and the company then refused to take responsibility, one of them putting the damage at $2,000 on new cabinets. A 2025 reviewer reported that the undermount sink screws on a counter bought in autumn 2022 worked loose one by one until the sink fell, destroying plumbing and soaking the cabinets, and was told the counter was out of warranty and the repair was theirs to pay for. A 2024 reviewer received the wrong quartz slab, had it confirmed as wrong by the vendor, and says they were still pressed to pay. Several more describe rude or unresponsive office handling — a builder whose two quote requests went unanswered for a week and a half, and a customer told the wrong install timeframe. The outside marks sit in between: Google publishes 4.4 stars from 122 ratings, and the BBB shows an A+ grade for a business it lists as not accredited. In the last six months there were eight reviews, three of them negative. A Reddit commenter in 2024 said they had bought there a few years earlier with no complaints and plenty of choice. They are a credible pick for slab selection and a straightforward countertop install, particularly if your kitchen dealer already routes work to them. Before signing, get in writing who is liable for damage to cabinets during installation, what the warranty covers on undermount sink attachment and for how long, and confirm the exact slab you selected is the one being fabricated.
