All Granite & Marble cuts its own stone. The Charlton shop on Worcester Road imports granite, marble and engineered stone and fabricates it to order for kitchens and bathrooms, working for homeowners and for kitchen dealers and remodelers alike; the company describes itself as family-owned and says it has been in the market since 1997, with a second location in Newington, Connecticut. A 2023 visitor described a good-sized showroom of slabs — marble, quartz, quartzite, dolomite and granite — and someone walking them through the differences. Much of the praise is for the crews, and they get named. Bruno and Junior set quartz counters and sinks in a new kitchen and powder room in June 2026 and cleaned up after themselves; Hiago and Fernando drew a May 2026 reviewer's recommendation; another May 2026 customer said the installers showed up early and every countertop fit with no gaps or voids. On a May 2026 kitchen the demo team saved all the homeowner's subway tile while taking the old countertop out. Further back, a 2021 customer singled out Rafael on the install and a 2023 one named Poeta. The harder accounts run through the same years. Three reviewers — in 2021, 2025 and 2026 — said the company would not own a mistake: a vanity sink called defective and left unacknowledged after three trips to fix the backsplash, a cabinet damaged during an installation where the explanation shifted from removal to install (August 2025), and an April 2026 kitchen where the countertops came out well but the customer service was called terrible and the response to feedback rude. A July 2026 reviewer put $2,000 of damage to brand-new cabinets on the company during a countertop installation. Two more turn on the product. A February 2025 reviewer said the undermount sink screws on a countertop bought in Fall 2022 worked loose one by one until the sink came down; an April 2024 customer said they received the fully wrong slab of quartz. A June 2025 reviewer's first sink cutout came back too big on the sides, with the replacement seven days out, and a May 2024 reviewer said they were lied to about the install time frame. A good deal of this work arrives through the big boxes — reviewers in 2024 and 2025 had the company as the countertop subcontractor on Lowe's kitchens and described the coordination and templating going smoothly. Reaching the shop directly can be slower: a home builder said in May 2026 that two emailed requests for a countertop quote went a week and a half without a reply. If you want to stand in front of the actual slab before it is cut, the Charlton showroom is the reason to go, and the 2026 installs people describe went in early and clean. Settle the rest in writing first: who pays if a cabinet or a sink is damaged on install day, how a callback is handled, and — if you are buying through Lowe's or Home Depot — which company you call when something needs fixing.
