Hitech Environmental is a duct-cleaning company. On its BBB profile it says it specializes in residential and commercial duct cleaning, with services that include site inspections, photos and videos, before-and-after results, dryer vents and bath exhaust cleaning. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau and is BBB accredited, and on Google it has a 4.9-star average from 42 ratings. A 2023 customer said Morey, the owner, called to schedule a next-day inspection and showed up with camera equipment to reveal trouble in their duct work. That 2023 customer said the technicians used booties so they did not dirty the floors, and showed photos of additional concerns they found during the day. A 2022 customer said the team cleaned vents of many years of accumulated dust and that the house smelled much better afterward. A 2025 customer said they provided pictures of how the ducts looked before and after, and that the crew put everything back in place. In 2024, a customer said cameras were used to make sure the job was done well, and that something they wanted addressed after the work was taken care of. A 2021 customer said both the HVAC and dryer vent were cleaned and the dryer was working properly again. A 2026 customer said a bad smell came back a few months after the company cleaned their ductwork, and that repeated messages to the owner about the odor were ignored. That customer also called the price extremely high for what they received.
I would not recommend Hitech Environmental Inc. The price is extremely high for what you actually receive. If this service cost $200–$400, I would say it's a fair value, but at their pricing, I expected much better results and customer service. The biggest issue is what happens after the sale. If you have a problem, don't expect much support. The owner is the one selling the service, and when I reached out multiple times about the bad odor returning, I was completely ignored. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Just a few months after they cleaned my ductwork, the same bad smell came back. I feel like I paid a premium price without getting premium results or any guarantee behind the work. If I had hired a larger, established company, I believe I would have at least received proper customer service and follow-up. Based on my experience, the service was overpriced, there was no meaningful after-sales support, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

Great experience with Hitech Environmental morey and his team are excellent. They show up on time, have reasonable prices and do a great job. They even provide pictures of how the ducts look before and after. The crew who did the cleaning were very respectful and put everything back in place. I highly recommend Hitech environmental.
The gentleman that came over were very polite and hardworking! The did everything as promised without any issues. Great price too for the work that was done. Would highly recommend if needed vent work.
