An addition with a new master bath and a renovated basement: that is the job a July 2020 Angi reviewer hired All Phase Construction II for, describing meticulous, respectful workers who cleaned up after themselves. The New Milford general contractor's written reviews run from 2016 to 2020; a December 2017 customer praised the installation of cabinets, countertops, sink, appliances and backsplash, and a 2016 review mentions a new bathroom tub and shower. It has also been listed as general contractor on architectmagazine.com. The company describes itself as handling everything from large remodels to finish work, lists carpentry, concrete, cabinets, flooring, windows and remodels of basements, kitchens and bathrooms, and names New Milford, Salisbury and Litchfield as its service area. It says it is insured and offers free estimates. It holds 4.7 stars from 3 ratings on both HomeAdvisor and Angi, which also list a new home contractor number, NHC.0017103. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+ and lists it as accredited. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0631864, is active under ALL PHASE CONSTRUCTION II LLC.

Excellent job. Great craftsmanship. Mannerly. Cleaned up after themselves. Had addition put on the house (master bath). Honest. Respectful and talented craftsmanship. Meticulous workers. Highly recommend this company. Would do it again in the future. The owner is a businessman with honesty and intelligence. Thank you for such a great looking bath and renovation to our basement. Love it.
Extremely meticulous work. Very happy in all areas: cabinet, countertops, sink, appliances, and backsplash installation. Highly recommended
