Monumental Construction LLC

This was our first home renovation and working with Monumental Construction was a dream come true. Vadim Matskevich is a gifted craftsman and excellent project partner. Our bathroom needed a complete renovation, and he did a meticulous job rebuilding a poorly constructed space. We found a true design partner with him. He helped us to think through ideas and avoid costly mistakes. He’s completely professional and works with skill and precision. His workspace set up was always neat and organized. The project cost was competitive with no surprises, and the result was worth every penny. I’d hire him again in a New York minute.

I love the work Vadim Matskevich (Monumental Construction) did on my two bathrooms. He is a master craftsmen – a rare find. There are so many bad contractors out there, and you don’t even know how bad until they leave and then you experience all the problems with their work. Vadim came to replace a floor in one bathroom, and I had him do extra work there as well, and he remodeled the bad work we had done by someone else on my tiled tub/shower. He is a perfectionist because he has pride in his craft. He is also highly self-sufficient and diligent. He set up his workspace in my house, and you would never know there was construction going on other than his self-contained space that he set up so brilliantly. He is highly organized and neat, in addition to being talented. All of this at a competitive price, every penny of which was well earned. If you are looking for someone to do your bathrooms or another interior room, look no further. I’m sure you will thank me.

Monumental Construction is a truly amazing partner in your home renovation projects! We have worked with Vadim on several major projects over the last six years, and he's the only contractor we trust. Our most recent project was a bathroom renovation, and the results are stunning! From impressive tile work to crafting a set of built-in shelves to match the design of our 1930's house, every detail is perfect. Vadim is everything you want in a contractor--he's up to date on the latest building trends, communicates with you throughout the process, and treats your house as it's his own, bringing the best of care and quality to the work. We highly, highly recommend!!

Vadim is the absolute best contractor I have ever had to work in my home and I will use him for any other projects I need done. He is responsive, punctual, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and overall a genuinely good human being. His work is impeccable and he was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Thank you Vadim!!!!!

Vadim is totally professional. He’s prepared, neat and leaves your home like he wasn’t even there. He installed our attic, and a decorative beam among other things. He’s the first person we call for any interior improvements or repair.
