Allaire and Son Home Services

Allaire and Son Home Services takes on the small jobs around a house: a gutter repair, a mailbox, a wasp nest in a kitchen fan vent. The company says it serves towns including Sanbornton, Franklin, Tilton, Laconia, Concord and Plymouth, and it offers free estimates. A recent customer with a backlog of small home repairs said Brandon handled them all in one go, from new smoke and CO2 detectors to a window screen, a porch railing, a TV and a door lock. A recent customer had a kitchen fan that vented out to the roof, which turned out to be a small wasp nest; Brendon came out a day or so later and successfully addressed the problem. Brandon installed a mailbox in very rocky ground for a recent customer, setting it in concrete in a deep hole, and that customer said he arrived on time and cleaned up when he was done. A recent customer who had tried to assemble a gazebo alone said Brandon got back the same day with a quote to finish the assembly. A 2026 customer said Brandon fixed a dryer, cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the smoke alarms. A 2026 customer wrote that he saved them $2000 on a new vanity by fixing the 2 broken drawers in the old one.
