A 2025 customer who bought a Hot Springs Pulse tub described an electrical hiccup that delayed use of the tub, and said the first service technician was a little sloppy and used an impact drill to close the panel.

Allen wont take my money because they refuse to schedule a service unless I use their webform. 3 Different devices, VPN no VPN and incognito mode. I'm happy to provide details but person on the phone was adamant I try with their website.

A.P & Spas is all around an excellent establishment. Wanting to exchange my Jacuzzi for a Sauna the service offered by Cameron has been over the top excellent. Extremely Friendly, very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.The quality of all there offerings are Tip Top. We just finished installing a hut tub we purchased from Allen and we could not be happier. Dave Helped us choose a hot tub that was right for our lifestyle and budget and was friendly and professional throughout the process. Also, we had to do a fair bit of work to prepare our site. Dave and the team at Allen helped us coordinate the work with electrical and landscape contractors to ensure there were no snags and the final installation was seamless. We felt supported through the whole process. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
