Roof replacement and leak repair are the jobs described by customers of AllStar Roofing, Repairs and Installs Worcester. Its Google rating is 5 stars from six ratings; the written customer accounts date from 2023 and 2024. In an August 2024 review, a homeowner says they chose metal roofing for its longevity and that the contractor explained its benefits and completed the installation. Another reviewer that month describes a leaking roof after a severe storm, a quick response and a repair they said prevented further damage. Those are the customers' accounts of the work, rather than a guarantee about future roof performance. A July 2023 customer says the estimator was also the owner and supervised the crew that worked on their house. They describe the workers as courteous and considerate throughout the job. Another July 2023 reviewer praises the timely roofing work and cleanup. For a couple discussing a full reroof in July 2023, the estimate visit was a point of praise: they say the contractor avoided an aggressive sales pitch and walked them through the process and proposed materials.

I was very delighted to find out that the estimator who first visited me, was the owner of the company and also the supervisor in charge of the workers that did this excellent roofing job on my house. All of his workers were just the most courteous, considerate, and friendly people. They treated me with kindness and respect throughout the whole process.
