The work covers lawn care, garden design, seasonal cleanups, tree and shrub work, hardscaping and snow plowing. The hardscaping is real work, not trim. Customers describe paver patios in 2024 and 2025 that changed how they used the yard, a crumbling brick wall repaired in a basement in February 2024, and a job for a renovation contractor building a garage in a client's backyard where Yimi moved a tree and extended the driveway and turning pad. Price comes up constantly, and always the same way: fair, competitive, on point. So does staying. One customer has had landscaping, stonework and snow removal from them for several years; another has used them for lawn care since buying their house; a third wrote in 2023 that three other landscapers had come and gone before this one stuck. Two things on paper do not match the work being described. The Better Business Bureau profile, which carries an A rating without accreditation, lists the company as incorporated in October 2023 with one employee and the owner's name as Yimi Alvarez, while the company's own site claims over six years of landscaping under Yimi Baquedano and customers keep describing a crew. Ask who will be on your property and how long the business has traded under this name. For cleanups, regular lawn care, or a paver patio laid by the person who quoted it, this is a small Everett outfit that answers fast and turns up. If the job is hardscaping rather than maintenance, get the scope and the finished levels in writing.
