Awful. An interaction happened at the Maynard Market Basket with a man who works for this company and was in the company van which was a very bold move of him to act out this way. He started to yell at my friend in line at the market basket check out. Being impatient, he had told him to “Go to the back of the line, buddy. We all here can actually pay for our groceries.” My friend kindly said please wait a minute and be patient. As we were leaving the checkout line, my friend had said “learn some manners.” This is when one of your employees snapped at my friend. Keep in mind, this grown man completly snapped at a minor. He started to yell and scream at my friend in the parking lot. He had used the F slur toward my gay friend which is HIGHLY offensive, disturbing, and WRONG. Do not use this company unless you want ignorant, rude, and impatient employees working with you!

I called about a broken fridge and Bill was there the next morning at 8 AM. Bill diagnosed the problem as a broken fan and had the part replaced by 9 AM. Excellent response time and great service at a reasonable price.

I have never dealt with anyone that rude before. After they didn't show up in specified time, they told me that they had never given that time range. Then they took me off the schedule and hung up. PS, I have never written a review before!

This is a company Insinkerator uses for their warranties. I waited all morning for my appointment and called to find out where they were towards the end of the window. I was told that they definitely would not be here within my appointment window and to “get over it” because it’s “just a disposal”. I was also told to find another company because it wasn’t “worth it” to them to keep my appointment for something under a warranty. I guess a customer’s time is worthless to them and they are only interested in high price jobs. Beware before you schedule with them.

We needed service on our refrigerator. I called American Appliance Services. They said they would be at my house on Thursday in the morning and would call when they knew the time. They called Thursday morning and said they would be at my house in an hour, which they were. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price before they did the work. The price was reasonable. They made the repair quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job.
