A 2024 customer said they came out for a routine 1500-gallon septic tank cleaning and had to dig to find the tank because it was not marked; that customer said they answered all their questions and called Ron a pleasure to work with. Another customer, writing in 2024, said Ron took the time to explain everything about the system and called the company honest. A 2023 customer said Ron had saved the day for them twice, and that he showed up quickly and gave sound advice and a fair price. A 2022 customer said Ron explained their septic system, gave tips to extend its life, and that they had used the company multiple times over six years. A 2024 customer who had used the company for years said a call to have the tank pumped was not returned. That customer said someone a friend recommended then found the tank was 1000 gallons, not 2000, and cost far less than what the customer had been paying every year; the customer said they felt cheated.

Highly recommend American Sewerage. They came out for a routine 1500gal. septic tank cleaning and ended up having to dig to find the location of the tank since it was not marked. They answered all our questions and did a fantastic, professional job. Ron was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
Used them for years until recently…. I called to have my tank pumped, just normal maintenance. They did not return my call, which wasn’t what got me, things happen. I did not pursue this farther because I had a friend recommend someone else. Gave them a call, they showed up to pump my tank and said that I did not have a 2000 gallon tank, I had a 1000 gallon tank. So they were drastically cheaper than what I have been paying every year, all these years. Feel totally cheated.
They are honest and always do a great job. Ron takes the time to explain everything about your system and he takes pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.
