American tree service llc

Two dead standing trees, both leaning toward the neighbor's house: a July 2025 reviewer wrote that Zach and his crew dropped them "effortlessly," and that after the cleanup you wouldn't have known anyone had been there. American Tree Service is a small Hillsborough, New Hampshire outfit, and Zach is the owner-operator who quotes the job and then works it. A June 2025 review names Zack and Josh taking a fallen tree off a shed and fence; other jobs people describe run from a single limb over a driveway to a dozen 100-foot trees in an east Concord backyard, with stump grinding, pruning and storm cleanup alongside the removals. Price is what customers raise most after the work itself: eleven of the 33 Google reviews mention it, and an August 2024 customer wrote that the quote came in at less than half of the other companies they called. That same reviewer found the calendar pretty booked out — they were fit in, but it is worth calling early if the job can wait. Cleanup comes up in seven reviews between 2023 and 2025: debris hauled off, wood taken, lawns left as they were found. A November 2024 homeowner in Concord had a few trees removed and stumps ground and wrote that the crew did the job plus a little extra at no additional cost. Short-notice work shows up too — a January 2023 customer with a tree resting on an electric cable got an estimate and the work finished the same afternoon, the day before a snowstorm, and a November 2024 family whose cat had been stuck in a tree for a week wrote that Zach came out that night in the pouring rain, though by their account he had to admit defeat. A reasonable call for a tree standing too close to a house, a septic line or a power line, where you want the person who priced it doing the cutting. Get the scope in writing — which trees, whether stumps are ground, and who keeps the wood — ask for a current certificate of liability insurance before anyone climbs, and expect a wait for a slot in the busy months.
