AmeriSpec Inspection Services

Great to work with. Easy communication. Very responsive and professional. Would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.

Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough. We were purchasing an old home and he was exactly the right home inspector for the house. We received a well informed assessment of the house. Would absolutely work with him again. Highly recommend.

Tim only inspection. He was responsive, accommodating and made the process very easy. This guy and company were great!

Tim and the crew at AmeriSpec were fast to get to our location, thorough, and a true pleasure to work with. I've purchased many properties over the years for work and used several inspection services, but I've now found my new "go to" inspection company!!

Tim Oland is absolutely top-notch! He is incredibly flexible with appointment scheduling, making it easy to find a time that works for everyone. His friendly demeanor and clear, thorough explanations ensure that you always feel informed and confident. Tim's reliability is unmatched; he is always on time and impeccably prepared. Beyond his professionalism, he’s just an all-around great guy. I can't recommend Tim highly enough!
