Anderson responded to my phone call promptly, communicated clearly with me regarding scheduling, and arranged to repair the problem in a timely manner. He even kept to his appointment on the day of the snow storm with a foot of snow.
Mr. DaSilva did excellent work for me. One of the fixtures were a set of outdoor motion detector floodlights. He thought that they had been set correctly, but it's difficult to judge how a dusk-dawn light is functioning in the daylight. When I email him that the setting on one of them was off, he came back promptly to reset the light. The only drawback is that his available time was variable. It wasn't a problem for me because I am at home but some flexibility in scheduling should be allowed for when planning your work.
