I contacted Angelica simply because she was the only realtor I could find with good reviews regarding rentals. I was a little tentative when I first called her, but she immediately put me at ease by making it clear she was knowledgeable, friendly and a great communicator. It was clear soon after making contact that she processed all the skills necessary to be great realtor. As a landlord, I was a little unsure about what to expect from using a realtor to find a tenant. I was concerned that my priorities would come in second to those of clients looking to buy houses. However, Angelica never made me feel like she didn't have time for me. To the contrary, she always made herself available. In regards to my rental unit, she arranged to get professional quality photos taken within a day, and she had the unit listed on several sites the day after that. She held an open house event the first weekend after the list date, and she offered to take care of all sorts of little issues that I didn't have time for. For example, I was impressed when she offered to go and adjust thermostat settings for me even though her office wasn't close by. After the open house, a couple of parties were interested in renting, and this is where Angelica really proved her value. She checked references (credit, employment, background, & past tenancy reports) and was extremely dedicated, professional, thorough and communicative about the entire process. Everything was done quickly and I received regular progress updates. As I said earlier, I always felt like I was a priority. In closing I only want to add it is refreshing to find someone who is so motivated, hard-working and friendly at a time when these qualities are so rare. I can hardly provide enough praise and I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed, rather you're looking to buy or rent.
