My brother, who lived in Lynn, died and made me his executor. I live in Colorado and we had no remaining family in New England. Colleen Toner made the process of selling his house easy (and profitable), she took care of a myriad of details that a) I didn't know about and b) would have had great trouble taking care of from 2,000 miles away. She (or her associate) was always available to answer questions or concerns and the process of selling the house proceeded quickly.
