A 2023 HomeAdvisor customer gave two stars, saying a tree in a tight spot came down but their garden and back yard were destroyed in the process. A 2025 Google reviewer gave one star, writing that their property was destroyed, with trees, shrubs and grass killed and a mess left behind.
