A July 2021 reviewer said Aquarius installed a rear outdoor faucet, replaced the front outdoor faucet and its cellar shutoff, and removed and installed a toilet quickly. A December 2018 reviewer credited Aquarius with replacing a boiler at a day's notice and saving Thanksgiving. In a July 2018 account, a homeowner who was 3,000 miles away when an old water heater failed said Mike called back promptly and restored cold water immediately. Mike also recommended replacing the customer's sixty-year-old furnace, and the customer praised the new work and progress updates. Price and job feasibility drew qualified responses. An October 2019 customer felt the price was high while describing the work as good and professional. In April 2018, a customer seeking a tankless water heater said the contractor inspected the electrical box, measured and took photos, then called about a week later to say the job could not be completed. The customer appreciated the time and honesty despite being unable to use Aquarius for that job.
