A 2024 customer said they came in to get a spa fixed up and that Cheryl gave them everything they needed and told them how to use it in great detail. A 2025 reviewer wrote: "Very helpful, willing to teach you how to improve and learn what the chemicals do to your pool." A 2025 customer said the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude and that the administrative assistant was quite unpleasant. A 2023 customer called the customer service awful and said the woman at the desk was impolite. A 2022 customer said they asked about having an above-ground pool installed, were given a number for installers who work for the business, left two messages with the installers and got no return call.
Probably some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in a company I have done business with. The receptionist who answered the phone needs some costumer service lessons as she couldn’t even bother to fix her attitude or express some pleasantries. She was very rude. I was then sent to the administrative assistant who acted like it was her first day on the job. She also was quite unpleasant especially considering I was not being difficult or complaining about anything, just had some questions. I would never purchase anything from this company again.
