A drone stuck in a tree for 48 hours came down in 10 minutes, a 2026 customer wrote, after they called Thomas at Arbormore Tree Service. That customer said they had used Arbormore before for their tree work. In a 2023 review, a customer said Tom Tracy took down several large maples close to their house. That customer said the crew showed up on time, worked all day, ground the stumps from the trees they cut along with a dozen or so the customer had cut, and hauled away the brush. The 2023 customer also said the price was as quoted, even though they added a few trees. A 2024 customer said they had used Arbormore several times over five years after seeing it work at a neighbor's house, and that it left the work site cleaner than expected. That 2024 customer also said it is a small crew, so you may have to wait a bit. A 2024 Reddit commenter in r/maine wrote that they had heard good things about Arbormore Tree Service in Rome.
“I haven't used them but I've heard good things about Arbormore Tree Service in Rome.”
Trees eat drones. After 48-hours of desperately flinging frisbees, tennis balls and creating elaborate contraptions (chaos!) without success, we called Thomas at Arbormore Tree Service. He had the drone down in 10 minutes. We’ve used Arbormore in the past for our tree work. They are professional, responsible and efficient. We highly recommend them, especially if your tree develops a taste for electronics!
I have used Arbormore Tree Service several times over the past five years. I have hired other companies in the past, but after seeing A.T. S. in action at a neighbor's house and how they operated, I gave Tom a call. Safe and efficient plus they leave the work site cleaner than expected. It is a small crew, so you may have to wait a bit, but the results and care they take is worth it. Highly professional and friendly team!
We had Tom Tracy take down several Maples, quite large and close to our house. The crew showed up on time, worked all day, and did a very clean, professional job. They ground the stumps from the trees they cut along with a dozen or so we cut, hauled away the brush, which was significant. Cut the trees to the length we requested and organized it so we could acces it and process it to our liking. Price was as quoted, even though we added a few trees we had originally planned to take down ourselves. Awesome experience. Would definitely recommend them.
