ArborTech Tree Services, LLC

ArborTech Tree Services is a Springfield tree company. A 2024 customer said it removed a huge tree next to power lines that other companies wouldn't touch or wanted way more money for, at a reasonable price, in roughly six hours. The company's website says Randy, a Certified Arborist, started it in 2004 after going to work for local tree companies in 1996, and lists removal, pruning, cabling and bracing, crane work, stump grinding and emergency storm work across Hampden County. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2025 customer who needed 7 trees taken down on short notice said the quote was considerably lower than any others they had gathered. A 2024 customer who got 2 quotes for trimming a large tree said ArborTech was significantly cheaper. In a 2025 review, a customer described a huge tree taken out of their back yard, with Randy up in the tree, a crane operator removing the branches and trunk pieces, and two workers on the ground carting away the debris. That 2025 customer said the price quoted was reasonable and credited Jenn in the office with keeping them up to date on the appointment. A 2025 customer said a tree was removed from a small side yard between their house and a neighbor's, with electrical wires everywhere, and reported no issues with the removal. A 2024 customer said it was the third or fourth time ArborTech had helped them with a large job, this time removing three trees and trimming large branches over their garage from a neighbor's tree, with the trucks and equipment worked into the limited space of their driveway. A 2022 customer said two large mulberry trees were lifted over their garage with a heavy crane and chipped into a waiting truck, all in 3 hours. In a 2022 review, a customer whose ash tree had Emerald Ash Borer said Jenn and Randy explained the options, the trimming crew got to them within days, and Randy performed the treatment. A 2025 customer said a second crew came the next morning to do the stump grinding. A 2025 customer who called the crew friendly added that the stump could have been cut lower.
