Ark Builders Inc is a general contracting and remodeling company based in Sharon, Massachusetts, run by owner Stanislav Naumov for about four years. The company handles residential construction and remodeling projects, from kitchen and bathroom renovations to whole-house remodels and additions, working with homeowners across Sharon and neighboring towns. Google reviewers rate the company 5 stars, and the two detailed reviews on file back that up. In 2021, a homeowner described a full kitchen and bathroom renovation down to the studs, including hardwood flooring installed throughout the home, calling owner Stas an excellent craftsman. In 2024, another reviewer praised a property renovation as professional, accurate, reliable and delivered on a timely basis. Beyond customer reviews, public building permit records document seven completed projects across Sharon, Brookline, Needham, Marblehead and Dunstable, Massachusetts -- full renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing, siding, deck construction, and fire-damage repair -- and the company's Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license is currently active per the state registry. Written reviews are still limited to two so far, so homeowners should weigh the strong early feedback and verified permit history against a relatively short track record on public review platforms.
They did an amazing job with our property renovation! Very professional, friendly, accurate, reliable and provided a high quality, timely result.
We hired ARK BUILDERS to do a full kitchen & bathroom reno down to the studs. They also installed hardwood flooring throughout. The result is truly remarkable and we couldn't be any happier with the result. Stas, the owner, is an excellent craftsman and surrounded himself with talented tradesmen. He is reliable, easy to communicate with, attentive, and ready to tackle any and all challenges. He listened to our plans and executed them flawlessly, provided excellent insight and suggestions of his own that made the project come together better than we imagined. More importantly, he stands behind his work and will work tirelessly to make everything right. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovation project.
