ARMAC Electric is an electrical business whose website names Durham, Middletown, Meriden, New Britain, New Haven and Milford among the towns it serves. The company says it has been in business for 38 years, and its site lists EV chargers, panel change-outs and upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs, standby generators, and commercial and industrial wiring, along with 24/7 emergency service. A recent Google customer said Nick Arpaia came out quickly to take care of their electrical needs and answered all their questions. A 2026 customer praised Nick's attention to detail on a job at their house. In a 2008 Angi review, a customer said he took care of the problem, recommended a few things without trying to talk them into anything expensive, and was up front about charges for future work. A 2024 Google customer said Nick arrived without the necessary hardware for the work, spent 20 minutes fixing a light switch, and said he would come back the next day. That 2024 customer said they had been quoted a service charge and 50 dollars labor, were charged 4 hours of labor when he had only done 1, and were charged over 900 dollars for everything.
Fast, attentive, professional. Nick Arpaia quickly was able to come out and take care of my electrical needs. He reassured me by answering all my questions. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again first if the need arises in the future. Thank you, Nick!
Nick did a great job at my house. Really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Would definitely call him again. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience. Was quoted a service charge and 50 dollars labor for the work. Nick arrived without the necessary hardware and just spent 20 minutes fixing a light switch He said he would come back the next day and do the work in a timely manor. At the end of it all he charged me 4 hours labor when he had only done 1. On top of that he tried to add a service charge for coming back. He charged me over 900 dollars for everything. Avoid this company and electrician at all costs
They are very qualified and knowledgeable.
He did a super job and I would easily recommend him to a freind.
