Called for a dumpster was told it would be there next day. Called in the morning to get an eta so I could plan my day, I was told dumpster would be there by noon. 4pm comes around and still no dumpster so rightfully so I was pissed, the guy on the phone then got mad at me that I was pissed off that 4 hours later the dumpster is still not here “dump lines take a long time” awesome we all know that then you shouldn’t have told me noon time should have said by end of day. I cancelled the dumpster completely and will be using a different company he said “sure good luck with someone else getting you a dumpster” thank you “sir” my other company always gets me a dumpster on the time they tell me I just didn’t use them as I’m working out of their area. But good to know to never use them again. Note to the business, if you tell someone a time, you should make it happen or pick up the phone and call. This would have been okay if you told me at 9am that things were running behind or if you told me “end of the day the latest” This company does not care if you have a business to run and pay employees based on promises they cannot keep Look elsewhere

Poor communication. My contract with B Green services was bought out by Arrow. I was first notified of the change when arrow threatened to take me to Debt collections. Sometime later, the same theme of poor communication. My rates for trash service increased for service and no notice of this (no text, no email, no phone call).

Arrow has been a fantastic company to work with. They came highly recommended to us and now I highly recommended them to you.

I haven’t used Arrow Container Services LLC for dumpster rentals, but I regularly see their trucks on Route 38 in Salem NH traveling to and from the landfill or recycling facilities. I can’t speak to their actual services or business operations, only what I’ve witnessed on the road. Their truck driver's behavior has been a consistent concern. I have seen their drivers cut off traffic on Route 38 many times, showing little regard for other vehicles. I’ve also seen several trucks with debris blowing out because the mesh tarp was open or damaged. This creates a safety hazard for pedestrians, drivers, and animals, and it contributes to litter along Route 38 and Stiles Road. Salem does an annual cleanup, but a portion of this debris appears to come from trucks passing through which could be reduced with better load containment. After reading other reviews mentioning rude or careless behavior from drivers or employees, I can understand why people feel that way. My observations on the road line up with those concerns. I don’t know anything about the company’s internal operations, but the driving conduct I’ve seen from their trucks in Salem has been poor and consistently unsafe.

My experience with Arrow was outstanding especially with the driver. Brandon dropped off the 30 foot dumpster 2 weeks ago he had to watch for wires took extra care to explain the process to me why the wood for the driveway etc....then today he picked up the very full dumpster after a siding and window job added extra wood on the driveway to prevent the driveway from cracking explained to me what he was doing and finagled that truck to accommodate the very full dumpster with careful regard for the wires and my property he was in and out of his truck bay 4 times just to check the progress and make adjustments as needed. Phenomenal skill, excellent customer service so pleasant- Thank you Brandon you were outstanding, I will be calling Arrow in the future for sure. I also called the company and spoke with the lead there personally too express my gratitude and thanks for a fabulous job. Gayle
