The job that shows the range best comes from a 2015 Houzz review: a decorative block retaining wall with granite steps built into it, a stone walkway, and new granite stairs at the front of the house. The homeowner who hired Adam Stickney for it called the price very reasonable and the quality of the work a pleasure. Artisan Masonry is family-owned, and its Angi and Houzz profiles put Adam Stickney at 18 Newton Junction Road in Kingston, New Hampshire. Houzz lists brick, stone, veneer and paver installation, residential and commercial restoration, and fireplace and chimney construction; Angi's listing adds brick or stone siding install or replacement and commercial tuckpointing. There are 37 projects on the Angi profile and 10 on Houzz. Its written reviews run from 2013 to 2024. The most detailed of the older ones, from 2013, describes bricks in a set of front steps repaired and replaced: a fair price, the work done quickly, and a mason who kept at it through extreme heat. A 2017 Angi customer said the bricks looked great, a 2022 one recommended the company, and in July 2024 a Google reviewer wrote, simply, "Absolutely amazing craftsmanship." Ratings sit at 5 stars on all three platforms — 8 on Angi, 4 on Google, 1 on Houzz. One 2013 Angi customer the company could not fit into its schedule still came away pleased, because Adam pointed them to another contractor who could take the job. For granite steps, a stone walkway, a brick repair or a fireplace, this is a small, hands-on shop where the person reviewers name is the person doing the work. Since the profiles put the shop in Kingston, New Hampshire, confirm he travels to your town, and ask to see photos of a recent job in the same brick or stone you want.
Absolutely amazing craftsmanship
Great, professional people. Strongly recommend.
very professional in his work. The bricks look great
I hired Adam over a year ago to build a decorative block retaining wall at my home with integrated granite steps, a stone walkway and new granite house stairs. His price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He was always attentive to my thoughts and suggestions and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. He was very easy to work with and quickly helped me turn my initial idea into an end result that exceeded my expectations. My highest praise for Adam is for his commitment to customer service. Recently, about a year after completing the project, I contacted Adam about a small winter settling issue involving two steps that he resolved quickly and with no hesitation. Adam stands by his work and I do not hesitate recommending Artisan Masonry LLC.
