Artistic Landscapes is a Rowley, MA hardscape and landscape design company with a 5-star average across 13 Google ratings. The company's own materials say it has designed and built natural-feeling outdoor spaces since 2004, and site testimonials point to Tony as the person handling design and installation work. Reviewers keep coming back. One homeowner has used the company for a front walkway and fall cleanups for eight years running (a 2021 review); another called it their go-to lighting and landscaping company for more than 15 years across three properties, including a coastal one with its own lighting and planting requirements (a January 2022 review); a third called Artistic Landscapes the only company they'll ever use, citing a five-year relationship across two homes (also January 2022). The named work backs that loyalty up: a synthetic turf install at a Turner Hill townhome described as neat, clean, and on time (2022); a brick-and-granite driveway curtain finished on time and on budget (November 2022); stone steps and a wall built in place of an old brick-and-wood entrance, with Tony credited for the design and a crew member, Kevin, for the stonework (January 2022); and a collapsed brick walkway rebuilt with a corrected drainage pitch (January 2022). The newest review, from April 2024, still describes the crew as showing up on time and doing a professional job. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor license (#193581) is active on the state registry. Houzz separately lists a Massachusetts masonry license for the business, along with several named certifications: ICPI Certified Installer of Concrete Pavers, NCMA Certified Installer of Segmental Walls, Techo-Pro and Unilock Authorized Contractor, MCLP (Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional), CAST Certified Lighting Designer, and Angie's List Super Service Awards 2010-2016. A strong fit for a full hardscape or lighting project — stone walls, walkways, patios, outdoor lighting — where one crew handles everything from stone selection to installation; confirm current pricing and scheduling, since the written reviews cluster in 2021-2022, with just one from 2024.
These guys came and did a great job. Showed up when they said, "Professional staff and a fantastic job!!!
My wife and I had a great experience with Artistic Landscapes! Thanks to Tony and his hard working and knowledgeable crew. From the very start of our project which included Tony meeting us at the stone yard to give advice on selections, to the very end walking us through important details, Artistic Landscapes went above and beyond. Our thanks again to Tony and his crew for an excellent job on our walkway.
Tony and his crew at Artistic Landscape’s installed synthetic turf in my front yard at my townhome at Turner Hill. They did an amazing, efficient and professional job. They were neat and clean and they were on time. Tony was very accommodating in listening to my thoughts and desires about the installation of the turf and was very willing to work with me to make it the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend artistic landscapes for any outdoor landscaping projects you may have …… you will not be disappointed in the results. Special kudos go to Tony and his crew, Jesse Brendon and Kevin.
Tony and team installed a beautiful driveway curtain for us out of brick and granite with a high level of attention to quality and detail. They were on time and on budget. I highly recommend Artistic Landscape.
Artistic Landscapes has been our go-to lighting and landscaping company for over 15 years and has helped us with three different properties during that time. One of the properties is coastal, which requires a very specific type of lighting and planting scheme and Tony’s knowledge and expertise is impressive. He even introduced us to a brand new system of lights for a pool area, which are beautiful and functional and have even saved saved us money in energy costs. Artistic Landscapes has a professional, capable, highly skilled crew and the work will be done on time, on budget and you will be delighted with their work!
