The work spans the whole calendar. Weekly mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulch beds and pruning make up the bulk of it, but the record also carries hardscape and snow. A 2025 customer wrote that they "were able to imagine what we wanted out of this hardscaping project better than we could articulate"; another that year had them dig a trench for an HVAC unit on short notice. The operations manager of the Garrison Inn wrote in January 2025 that their crews arrive as soon as a storm hits and clear walkways, entryways and guest parking. In April 2025 a local paper reported the company had offered free upkeep of Rowley's veterans' memorials — spring cleanup, mowing, pruning, mulch and annuals at the veterans committee's request. The praise is consistent and it is specific: thorough fall cleanups where the crew goes behind the bushes for the leaves, a 2025 spring cleanup where the office called twice to explain a weather delay, an invoicing and estimate system a 2024 customer found actually worked. Now the part worth asking about. In an October 2025 review a residential customer rated them 3 stars and wrote that drainage fixtures on their property were destroyed four times over two years, with "lack of ownership when they damage something, and almost zero communication when issues arise" — while crediting them for keeping the lawn cut all season. In a May 2024 review another customer said grass clippings were dumped on their property again after they had asked for it to stop. And in April 2026 a neighbour complained about employees running a leaf blower from 2 to 6:30 in the afternoon. Read together, those are complaints about property care and about what happens when something goes wrong, not about whether the mowing gets done.
