Kevin came over to replace my combustion oven and tune-up my pellet stove. He was excellent. We had communicated prior to his visit, asking me to check things. I did, so he knew what the problem was. He was fantastic. Provided me with advice and tips, too. I am so grateful for him.

*I dealt with the son* Omg I would 100% recommend ashaway for anyone who has problems with pellet stoves (or other heating related services but he dealt with my pellet stove). The man who came *son* was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything cleaner than he found it. The prices are great compared to other businesses in area too! I will be calling back with any problems in the future, but definitely for a cleaning next year. They even guarantee their work! And after the kick butt work he did, he wouldn't even take a tip *next time I'll have to sneak it and put it in his work bag 😉 * but all jokes aside, not having heat in your home or even worse having heating in your home that is dangerous if not maintained can lead to more problems later, and having ashaway come quickly to fix my problem meant alot to my family's quality of life and safety. 100% would recommend and will be a repeat customer!
