A hatch cover blew off the top of a three-storey house in the middle of a December 2023 rainstorm and water started coming through the trap door into the finished attic. In April 2026 the crew found water-damaged plywood under the shingles, showed the owner and replaced it. And in June 2024 a homeowner whose gutters had overflowed since another contractor installed them was told why: too few downspouts, probably undersized for the roof, and the pitch was wrong.
