"He found the entry way in our first inspection" — a December 2024 Thumbtack customer who had been dealing with the problem for a long time. ATBAY LLC is an Ansonia, Connecticut wildlife and pest exclusion business built around mouse-proofing: sealing the house so mice, bats and other animals cannot get back in. On Thumbtack it describes itself as doing humane pest control since 2010, and an October 2024 Angi reviewer named Paul as the owner. Paul is named in 11 of the 15 quoted reviews from 2024 and 2025. An October 2024 Thumbtack customer wrote that he seals the home thoroughly while trapping the mice inside, with no poison and no glue traps; an Angi reviewer that month described the same no-poison approach. In August 2024, a family with bats in the house called on a Monday, had Paul out the same day for a full walk-through with pictures of the problem areas, got a quote within minutes and had the house sealed the next day; he also helped protect their basement against mice and took down a wasp nest. A July 2024 renter with a bat on move-in day said he arrived the same day. Another October 2024 Angi customer said Paul came out himself to explain the moles and voles in their yard, and a September 2024 Thumbtack reviewer said he laid out each step, priced it fairly and planned to return to check the outside of the property. Two Angi reviews, from November 2023 and September 2024, credit Vaughan Trapp; the 2024 one describes framing and siding a 30x40 garage with a 1,200-square-foot apartment above it. Did a fantastic job cleaning up a mice infestation. Also was very willing to help and provide guidance on preventing future infestations. Absolutely recommended.

I might be one of the few who will be able to say that they have no mice in the home! Paul really knows his stuff, and seals the home thoroughly while tapping those that are inside. This is his business, and he believes in doing it right and ethically. No poison that kills the birds, cats, and foxes, and no ghastly glue traps. He's the one You want.
This is the company I was looking for. The owner cares about the environment and doesn't use poisons or glue traps. He does it right, and he does it thoroughly, blocking all entry to your house, so that they can't get back in. He really understands mice, and makes it so that you won't need anyone again (unless the AC guy cuts a huge hole for his pipes, and makes another entry for them 🙄). I did it right with ATBAY.
